Taqua Davis-Clay
Taqua is the Corporate HR Manager at Tosca Services, and serves as the HR Business Partner for its corporate teams in Atlanta, GA, Green Bay, WI, and Tampa, FL. Taqua is also the owner of TDC HR Consulting, LLC.--a boutique consulting firm that specializes in providing Human Resource solutions to small businesses across the U.S. Taqua brings more than a decade of experience in every major discipline of Human Resources. She boasts a proven track record of success managing both strategic and tactical HR operations for multi-location, multi-state, and global organizations with cross functional teams up to almost 1500 employees and supporting workforces at all levels of the organizational matrix as a Department of One and as a valued member of an International HR team. Taqua earned a Paralegal Certificate from Kennesaw State University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Troy University and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and a Certified Recruiter (CIR). She is also a certified Federal EEO Investigator and a Certified Employee Performance Coach. Taqua is an active member of the National and Atlanta chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD). She is also a commissioned Notary Public and a Certified Paralegal. In addition to her experience as a Human Resources professional, Taqua also brings 12 years of experience as a Paralegal, experience as a Parliamentarian (in Board Procedure), and significant experience with non-profits, as a volunteer, Board liaison, Board Committee Member, and Member of the Board of Directors. Her volunteer experience with non-profits includes being a Girl Scout Troop Leader, a LPGA*USGA Girls Golf Volunteer, and a mentor for the Phoenix Boys Association. Taqua is also a proud 25 year member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, a community service driven non-profit organization founded on the principles of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood. She also enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, trying new restaurants, playing golf and tennis and volunteering as a mentor to underprivileged youth and members of disadvantaged populations.
